Barney came to Carriage Park Fox Trotters in 2002 and we have had a foal crop sired by him every year.  Barney has a naturally smooth gait that he passes on to his babies.  We always see foals fox trotting out in the pasture from the time they are born.  Barney also has an exceptional temperament.  After our mares are rebred, they are turned out with their babies in the front pasture with Barney.  Its not uncommon to see Barney babysitting a group of foals while their mothers rest.
