Reese's Milkshake

Trust me on this one.  I know the list of ingredients sounds a little strange, but it taste just like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup!  You’ll be surprised at how much flavor such a small amount of peanut butter gives.

Fat– 6 grams

Carbs– 11 grams

Protein– 30 grams

  1/2 cup of 2% Cottage Cheese
1 package of Protein Chocolate Pudding (available at Dr Wells Clinic or here)
1 cup of water
1 tsp Smooth Peanut Butter

 

Mix thoroughly in a blender.  Then add 1 cup of crushed ice.   Mix until even consistency and enjoy!

Makes one serving.

Note-  The possibilities are endless when it comes to the variety of combinations, using frozen fruit and vanilla or chocolate protein pudding.
