Cranberry Fruit
Salad By adding protein
supplements this sweet side dish Fat-
6.5 grams 2
packages of protein cherry gelatin,
dry Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup hot
water, slowly add orange drink. In
a blender mix gelatin mixture and cranberries.
Chill in fridge while you finish the rest of recipe. Mix pineapple, celery, apple, and
pecans. Pour in
cranberry/gelatin mixture, and cottage cheese, stir well. Chill before serving. Makes 8 servings. Serving size 1/2
cup.
Variations- To lower the fat to 3.5 grams per
serving, decrease the amount of pecans to 1/4 cup.
To increase the size of the serving, mix in more cottage cheese and
adjust the numbers. |
