Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

18 large fresh mushrooms, stems removed (reserve)

4 green onions, chopped

3 Tbs. Butter Buds

1-7 oz. can Snow Crab meat, drained

5 saltine crackers, crumbled

1/4 cup fat free Miracle Whip or mayo

salt to taste

dash Tabasco sauce

 

Pre heat broiler.  Remove and chop mushroom stems.  Saute chopped stems with onion in Butter Buds.  Add crab meat & saute briefly.  Mix in crackers, mayo, salt, and Tabasco.  Stuff mixture in mushroom caps; place on greased baking sheet.  Broil until lightly browned.

 

Makes 3 servings.
