Wild Rice Pilaf If you're careful, you too can enjoy rice and control

cup wild rice (dry) 1/2
medium onion, chopped 1/2
green bell pepper 1
cup chopped broccoli 1/2
cup frozen peas 1
package of protein chicken bouillon 2
tablespoons corn starch 1
tablespoon Soy sauce Butter
flavored no calorie cooking spray Prepare
rice as directed on package. Sauté
all veggies in a nonstick skillet sprayed heavily with butter flavored no
calorie cooking spray until tender but not mushy.
Combine corn starch, chicken bouillon, and soy sauce.
Stir in 3/4 cup of water and stir until smooth.
Combine rice, veggies, and bouillon mixture.
Cook 3-5 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken. Makes 5 servings. Serving size 1/2 cup
